Contract snapshots, selected fields and signature responses are encrypted and decrypted in participant browsers. The server coordinates the workflow without holding the key to read that protected content.
The optional encrypted workflow protects the agreement snapshot, selected field values and signature responses. Operational metadata needed to run the workflow, participant discussion and separately collected photo evidence sit outside that encrypted content envelope.
This option requires intended recipient accounts because each browser needs access to the appropriate participant key. In-person QR signing uses the standard storage workflow instead.
Each recipient gets an individual link and only their assigned step. In-person sessions are short lived and single use. Standard public links remain available for a limited grace period after completion, then expire; matching verified account holders can continue to access their agreement.
